Affordable decent housing.

Very peaceful and pretty building in Quincy . More affordable and decent enough size compared to apartments in the city. Good amenities. Commute take 20 mins in the subway and a short 5 min bus ride to school.

Getting around Quincy

Quincy Reviews

8 reviews
North Quincy is very close to Boston so you can still partake in city life but live on the outskirts for quietness. There are many restaurants and casual dining places as well as Wollaston Beach a few blocks away. Several schools are around the area which aids in safety.
Quincy's traffic is not too bad, lots of shops nearby and quick walk to the boardwalk.
There is no neighborhood, it’s great.
Outside the complex use to be safe. Now not so much and getting louder by the day.
No bad experiences, I volunteered at a food pantry down the street - great people, grocery stores close have walked to them, lots of shopping nearby too
It’s a quiet area; when I leave from school that’s in the city, it’s nice to come home to a quiet town
Good restaurants and stores nearby.
It's quiet and isolated, exactly as I prefer.
