Huntington Green
It's nice, but not the nicest place. The main reason me and my roommate choose it was that it allowed pets. It is also a <10 min ride to campus. There is free outside parking, however if you want to park in their garages you have to pay for that. The main issue would probably be the small kitchen, but the floor plans do vary.

Good location, not for everyone
My apartment is about 15 minutes from CWRU campus without traffic or inclement weather, but beware that the commute down Cedar road can be as long as 30-45 minutes in a snowstorm. Many students choose to live closer and often find places with cheaper rent, but I chose to live where I do mainly because of the proximity to the Jewish community in Beachwood (obviously, I am Jewish). There are always a few Case Med or dental students per year who would most likely prefer to live near the community for the same reasons I do, which is why I am writing this. The area is quiet and safe (much more so than the areas immediately around campus), and the complex is mostly young professionals and elderly people. Honestly the quality of the general maintenance could be a little better and I think the rent is a little high. If you have no reason to live near Beachwood then go with a place closer to campus. Otherwise, this place is decent and will be just fine for a few years.
