Best Value Apartment I've found
For $775 I have a generously sized apartment (check their website for details) with one bedroom (with two closets), a bathroom, a hall closet, a smallish kitchen, dining area, and living room. Heating and A/C works very well and keeps us comfortable all year round. We have two cats and they enjoy the space to run around in vs the tiny bedroom I rented in an old house downtown last year. If you value personal space and privacy, don't rent out of a shared house. I would highly recommend this complex as it is family friendly and most units are full of families, couples, and younger people.
Property management is always responsive and they'll send out their maintenance personnel on their little carts often times that same day.
