Convenient location, decent space, clean, and amazing staff

I live in this apartment with my boyfriend and dog. We LOVE the location. In terms of space, it's not the biggest, but we have a decent size room that fits our queen bed, desk, two large opening closets, and comfortable walking space. The living room has tons of light, and the kitchen and bathroom are spacious.The building sits right across from the F train, which is three stops to Broadway Lafayette (close to NYU). We are located on the cusp of the LES and Chinatown, which is a perfect combination. We are walking distance from all the great bars in LES and all the cheap food options in Chinatown.

The building has doormen from 7AM to midnight, which is convenient for receiving packages. The building also has an elevator, which makes a huge difference. There is also a basic gym and laundry machines in the basement.
