Small but practical

Units are very small, but provide everything you need for a single adult with no kids. This neighborhood values its quietness, and noise complaints are taken very seriously. There are plenty of nice stores in walking distance including a grocery store, coffee, chop, and multiple diners. Can't beat the location and price of this complex.

It's nice to be able to walk to Whole Foods and Trader Joes for groceries. There are a lot of salons and boutique type stores in walking distance. The one downside is that there is no drug store (CVS or Walgreens) in walking distance.

Close to Whole Foods, Trader Joes, West 6th street bars, the townlake YMCA and the trail at Lady Bird Lake! I also work downtown so its a perfect location, and there is plentiful guest parking on the roof!

We are in walking distance to a Whole Foods and Trader Joe's. You can also walk to West 6th street bars. There are a lot of running trails nearby at Zilker Park and along the river.

I could not say better things about Clarksville. It's a super cute neighborhood that's just outside of downtown, making the commute light but you don't have to deal with the same amount of noise or traffic. It's a short walk to the lake and running trail. Cute restaurants and a couple bars.
