Villa Siena review

The amenities are very nice and it feels like I live at a resort. The main gate is guarded 24/7, making the apartment feel very secure. There are multiple pools, very nice cabanas perfect for BBQ-ing and getting together with friends, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball courts, and multiple playgrounds for children. My unit itself has plenty of natural sunlight (even as a first floor unit) with high ceilings that make the apartment feel very spacious. My commute to the UCI campus is also very short with zero traffic no matter the time of day!

Great amenities and beautiful complex!

I love living at Villa Siena -- my 2bd/2 bath apartment is extremely spacious, and we have a nicely renovated kitchen, AC, and in-unit washer and dryer. There are multiple pools with cabanas around the complex that make studying outside more enjoyable, especially when it's sunny (most of the year)! There are also pickle ball courts, a tennis court, and a 3 story gym for all residents to use. In addition, the maintenance team is generally very quick to respond to any issues that arise. Overall, great experience living here, but it is a little pricey.

Grad Student Experience

Love the pool, decent gym, very safe for myself and for package deliveries, some maintenance problems, not the fastest response times especially when calling

EXPENSIVE

Its a nice apartment with good amenities, but it is a small 2 bd for way too much money.

Villa Sienna

Lived in VS for approximately two years, happy with the place. A little bit on the pricey side, but worth it compared to other communities if you cannot get student housing.

Old but Great Apartment

Near UCI. A plaza with several restaurants across the apartment. Great parking garage with elevator. Views are beautiful. Gym and swimming pool more than one. W-line Anteater bus stop next to the back gate of the apartment. Very safe, with security 24h available. Club house is a bit small and there is only one. Gym kind of small. Carpet all around, wish to have wooden floor.

Nice Location, Good Community

Villa Siena is great. It's 2 miles from campus which provides easy access via bike or car. This location has a handful of restaurants within walking distance and is close to many of the major shopping/restaurant centers.

Whenever we had minor issues with our apartment the maintenance crew has been incredibly fast to respond.

The community also has tennis courts, multiple pools, "Food Truck Wednesdays", and friendly management.

It's somewhat expensive, but if you are willing to pay this much for rent I would definitely recommend living here!
