The apartment is great! We love the views in particular. The main living area and bedrooms have a wall of windows that let in tons of light and in the mornings, give us an amazing view of the sunrise - makes getting up for work that much easier! The square footage and closet space is hard to beat too. Plus, there’s 24/7 concierge for packages, etc., a pick up dry cleaning service, a membership deal with a local gym, and we never hear our neighbors.

Tall trees and good transit access combined with the thoughtful and attentive management by the team make this a comfortable home. Lacks the bells and whistles that recently-constructed luxury buildings have, but all our basic needs are met—good value for the rent price.

The staff is great, our landlord always is very helpful with any issue; for instance laundry machines. Packages are well handled in the storage. I recommend this apartment building to everybody who is a professional with kids. Zoo is walking distance!

I've lived here for 6 months and its been wonderful. The staff is very friendly, and the location can't be beat. The apartments are a bit older, but they've got lovely wooden floors and tons of closet space. The best part is the large windows that let in tons of natural light. There is a great communal rooftop and a building laundry facility.

Silent Apartment with very good location near the metro and a 2 block zoo that’s makes it perfect for little children. Only thing it has no amenities; there is a rooftop but you cannot cook. You can stay there and bring your food and have a good time but’s but I think there is a big opportunity there.

The rent is very affordable (for DC...), which is why my roommate and I haave decided to stay in Connecticut Park apartments. Because the place is affordable, it is pretty barebones (no gym, pool, or balconies) but there is a nice roof deck. My roommate and I live in an apartment where the kitchen/bathroom have not been refinished (its more affordable) so we frequently have things break/we submit frequent work orders. While it's annoying that things break somewhat frequently, Connecticut Park Apartments does fix the work orders quickly. It would be nice to be able to have pets. While Woodley Park is not my favorite neighborhood, this is a good apartment complex.

The apartment is in great condition! There is tons of closets and storage space. The location is perfect. I can walk to restaurants and bars as well as to the metro and bus stops. The staff is attentive and friendly. Any issues that have get remedied quickly. I love it here.

I have lived in Connecticut Park Apartments for nearly 2 years. The price for the space and location is a great deal. It's an older building, so it doesn't not have all the amenities of a new build. But utilities are included and the front desk staff is great!

For the price and great location this apartment is great. I would enjoy a gym in the building or laundry in unit but in all honesty the building has everything you actually need. The staff is friendly and helpful and the maintenance requests are always completed quickly. It is an older building but the management has done a good job trying to update different units (if you are willing to pay more) and there is a lot of parking available for rent. I'd highly recommend it to anyone who wants to be in the city, near the metro, parks, etc but doesn't need all the extra amenities.

Spacious and clean apartment building with easy metro access and a great neighborhood vibe. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The roof deck offers panoramic views of the city and Virginia, including an excellent view of the National Cathedral.
