Comfortable and safe with good walkability.
The Array Apartments are beautiful newer apartments in North Lake City with amazingly spacious kitchens and beautiful, surprisingly spacious living spaces. The amenities are great--only thing better would be a pool. Safe access and easy commute. Love.

Home Within the Limits
Living at Array has been everything we wanted when we were apartment-hunting: it keeps us within the city limits (great utility pricing from Seattle City Light!) without breaking the bank. We pay more than $500 less than what we would for a comparable apartment downtown, but only have a 10-minute commute by driving (or 20-minute by an all-hours express bus with a stop only one block away - you don't need a car to live here!). We get secure parking, free bike storage and dog washroom, a community gym, a shared courtyard, community room, grills and a fire pit, as well as a rooftop garden area - the views from the roof are great during a late summer's afternoon. On top of the community perks, the apartment has it all - walk-in closet, washer/dryer in-unit, quartz counters and stainless steel appliances with a walk-in pantry/coat closet in the front room.
If you don't mind stretching your legs a bit, you can walk into Lake City proper for a couple microbreweries, grocery stores, and one of Seattle's hidden gems of a sushi place. Sure, you have to bus to movies and shopping, but with Seattle's largest mall (Northgate) only 10-minute bus ride (5-minute drive) away, it's hard to complain.
