Loved living here but not anymore with the new owners and mgt company in place
We loved living here when the building was owned by Solow. The apartments are lovely and the staff is extremely polite, nice and helpful. The building was sold to Go Properties financed by Apollo Global ( big PE firm) and Go Mgt took over the mgt company.
While the apartments are still lovely and the staff is great, the new management company is terrible! As soon as they came in they cut services to the bare bones. They are impossible to reach. Porters are no longer allowed to assist tenants. We see tenants wheeling luggage carts into the elevators to bring things upstairs and then sending the carts back down by elevator with no one there. The package room is no longer open on Sat and Sun. Terrible.
