Cassa Residences reviews and highlights
- extremely loud because you're right beside Port Authority
- the building itself is very new, and includes great amenities
- a new high rise building that is half hotel, half apartments
- location is great
- close to the subway, and lots of restaurants
Bad management
Very hard to get an answer on things, didn't care much about resident complaints. Location was great though, very convenient to get places since it was right beside transit. Extremely loud because you're right beside Port Authority. Doorman building and the doormen were quite friendly.

Full service building with room to improve
Cassa residences is a new high rise full service bldg that is half hotel, half apartments. The building itself is very new, and includes great amenities like free gym in the basement (has free weights, much to be desired though) Roof with hot tub, Front desk (not full service doorman). Management uses some apartment link features, so you do get notifications if you receive a package. Location is great too, with the huge transportation hub new times square.
There are a few things to be desired:
-Doorman - it's really a guy sitting at a desk who lets anyone walk in and out. Most of these folks are pretty unprofessional and generally are always on their phones, ignore residents, and let anyone in.

Great studio
For a studio in manhattan, it has plenty of storage space and even an alcove so it's doesn't feel like one big room. Plenty of amenities and it's close to the subway and lots of restaurants! The building also has a hot tub on the rooftop and a gym in the basement both of which are very nice plus points.
