Great area, small complex

I knew I didn't want to live in a large complex with a big parking garage. I enjoy living in a complex with a quiet neighborhood. Some units come with fenced yards. It is a two-story townhome and a great price for 900 sq ft. My cat loves the stairs. There is laundry on site but I have never run into the machines being full. Lots of storage space and maintenance was quick to help with any issues. The utilities are only a few years old and they installed brand new carpets when we moved in.

Great location, less than stellar management

I love the location and the facilities themselves. It is within walking distance of both MetroRapid buses. We each have a tiny yard, which is great. However the management is slow to respond to any communications, and maintenance is slower than at my previous residences.

Great for families, lots of restaurants, close to HEB and Walmart. You need a car here but it is close to bus routes and the train.

On the whole, safe neighborhood (just north of the Triangle and east of Hyde Park). There are occasionally homeless wandering around the further north you go. We regularly walk/run in the area around the complex and in Hyde Park.

The neighborhoods is great to live for a dog and family. We are close to many restaurants, outdoor activities, and a quick drive to the school. We especially love having a yard.

Great neighborhood. Close to The Triangle, H-E-B, and the freeway. Also close to the 801/1 bus stop that takes you directly to UT. The area itself is decent--you will find homeless people near the bus stop but I haven't had any issues with my safety.
