The Catherine boasts incredible views of the city, top-notch amenities, and the best apartment staff I have ever interacted with. Each apartment has floor-to-ceiling windows that have varying views of downtown, Congress, and Lady Bird Lake. The apartment has a shared gym with top-of-the-line equipment and a sky lounge with a full-service bar and bartenders on a nightly basis. The infinity pool gets great sunlight for several months a year. There is a 24-hour concierge which makes the building feel very safe. There are two, small dog parks on property, and we are a short walk from downtown Austin's largest dog parks at Auditorium Shores. It is a ten minute walk to downtown, a thirty minute walk to Zilker Park, and fifteen minute walk to Congress Ave.

To me, The Catherine has delivered the "home-y" experience. With hybrid learning, I knew I would be spending a good amount of time at home, so I opted to spend a little more for the extra comfort. The Catherine has all of the amenities: large pool, well-stocked gym, roof deck lounge, and wifi all throughout. Through these amenities, it's been easy to meet new people and get a change of scenery even when at home. I've never had a problem with noise or rough neighbors. The leasing and building management have been great: friendly and helpful in securing deliveries/packages, and attentive to maintenance. Plus, you can literally walk out the door to hit Lady Bird Trail or walk about 5-10mins to downtown!

The amenities and community here are great, even though we haven't been able to utilize the amenities as much due to COVID. The gym is amazing and the views from the Sky Lounge are breathtaking. I love having the rooftop bar and social area and am excited to use it even more when COVID is under control. The staff at The Catherine are amazing. They know our names and greet us every time we see them. The service is absolutely A+.

Really great luxury full-service building, amazing management, very safe, lots of storage and natural sunlight

The Catherine is an amazing place to live. The amenities are great. Well equipped gym, awesome pool area and amazing upstairs bar with spectacular view just for residents. We have amazing views from all our windows and spectacular finishes throughout.

For an active individual, The Catherine has all the amenities you need. Great gym, close to biking/running trails and rooftop access are the reasons why I choose this location. In addition, it is also close to many shops for those who like to shop and/or dine. 1 block from The Long Center and Auditorium Shores. Kitchen is excellent with nice furnishings. No complaints about management and they seem very proactive about issues that come up.

The building is gorgeous, the amenities are state of the art, the units are extremely well thought out, and the variety of options means everyone's needs can be met.
