Free Parking Garage

Quiet. Large space. Free Parking Garage, which is a huge thing to consider. Further away from hospital, unlikely to walk to it

Lots of space for the money

The Symphony is a very decent place to live if you're looking for a large apartment building in Mount Vernon. The gym is not fancy, but it suffices. Free parking and there's always a space in the garage. That's a pretty big deal in this parking-challenged neighborhood.

Nice apt, great for roommates

Overall this is a very nice place to live. The model we have is a great set up for roommates (living room in the middle with bedrooms off opposite sides). Each bedroom is large and also has access to a bathroom. Awesome walk-in closets. A lot of storage in the kitchen. You get each person on the lease gets a [non-dedicated] space in a covered garage!

The management and staff are nice. There has been a lot of turnover which isn't ideal. I do hear noise from surrounding apartments. Some people I know on other floors have not had this issue, so it depends on who is above and next to you.

The major downside is that I think it's a bit overpriced for Baltimore, even with the 'deal' we got.

Symphony Center

This is the most amazing place to live except for location! They have great apartments, and the gym is exquisite. However, security in the place is pretty good, I just wouldn't recommend walking around the place at night aimlessly.
