Amberleigh Apartments
I love the area, it’s quiet and people are very neighborly.
But there are issues such as broken pipes thru out the community. Some people are walking dog without leashes and are not picking up after their dogs.
There are trash thru out the community and rats everywhere.
The pool is not open, in fact there are issues with the pool and Kettler is not fixing it. We want the pool fixed. Recently the baby pool was concrete over instead of fixing the problems.
There are issues with water leaks inside homes.
Gutters are falling down. Squirrels are living in top of apartments.
Downspouts are missing.
I paid monthly $1995.00 before utilities, reserved parking, pet, and trash.
Soon my new lease is coming up. My lease is going up $199.00.
Some people rent is going up anywhere between $150.00 -$500.00.
With all of the increase why can’t Kettler fix the pool, permanent fix broken pipes, fix gutters and put the covers over the dryer vent outside.
Birds are living in the dryer vents. This is a fire hazard!

Close proximity to Tysons campus but no metro
This is a great location for a car-owner who does not want a long commute to work, but likes the quiet that a suburb community provides. Amberleigh is only 4.5 miles from Tysons, and is 2 blocks away from Mosaic District - lots of food and drink options, Target, movie theater, shopping options, etc. Its conveniently located near many grocery shopping options as well.
One point to consider is the age of the property. The apartments are not all very newly built. Although many of the apartments are being remodeled, most of them are fairly old. However, I have not had any pest issues at the apartment (and I cook a lot).
Also, it is not located on the metro line, so no easy access to public transport if that's what you prefer going into and out of DC.

Amberleigh Apartments Review
When I first come to see the apartments I didn't like it but gradually my interest has been developed and now I love this place. The best value for money. Pros n Cons:
