Okay place to live, but management could be better
The Meridian at Gallery Place is a clean & safe apartment complex. The Chinatown area has been a great place to live. That said, I've found management can be hard to deal with.

Good place to live!
It is central to most of DC and has a wide variety of activities around it. It is a social building, mostly made up of Georgetown Law students, due to its proximate location to the law school. I recommend living here if you are recently out of school or attending post-grad school.

Super convenient downtown living
Great building downtown for young working professionals. It is a lively building and filled with many young professionals around the ages of 20-27. I would not recommend it for a family, but it does the trick for those new to the city. Very convenient to most places in DC!

Enjoyed living at Meridian at Gallery Place
I have enjoyed the apartment over the past years and will be leaving this year. The amenities are great and it is a wonderful starter apartment for those graduating college and moving to DC with a roommate. Management is hard to deal with when signing leases, but after that it is all good.

Very Nice building to live in
The building is very nice. Most of the floor plans have a sunroom, which most residents use as another bedroom, making it more affordable than other similar buildings. There are a lot of young professionals in the building. Maintenance is great- always respond very quickly to issues and fix problems without question.

Great Apartment for Recent Graduates
Great location in Chinatown, but you pay for the location more so than the apartment itself. Most tenants turn the sun room into a second bedroom, washer and dryer are in unit, and a study lounge, pool, and gym are all included in the rent which is a nice addition.

Beautiful, modern building in the perfect location
This is a beautiful, very modern building with top of the line amenities. You walk into an attractive lobby, and everything is consistently well kept. Management is very quick to take care of any issues with appliances (ie. light bulb change). I would highly recommend this building!

Great place to live
This place is nice. New management is very nice and helpful. Location is great. I don't use the amenities much. I do wish the price were a little lower but you get a good, safe, nice place for the price. I haven't been here too long but so far the stay has been pleasant with no drama.

Location can't be beat!
I like the overall feel and social aspects to the building, the location cannot be beat!! The management is horrible and extremely rude.
I have lived here for two years and like it overall, the front desk staff are always welcoming and kind! Nice to come and go seeing smiling faces!

Great place to live out of college
I think the building is a great starter building for post grads just moving to DC. Has everything you need. Friendly management, gym, pool, decks. A very social building! Price is reasonable for the area, and definitely a great location for all of DC!
