Close to Metro & Nice Neighborhood

Quebec house apts are reasonably priced for the area. It is 0.3 miles from the Cleveland Park metro stop which is two stops away from Tenleytown, the campus metro stop & shuttle service. It takes me about 30 minutes to commute to campus. There are a lot of great restaurants all along Connecticut Ave, the street the apartment is just off of. There's a target, thai, vet clinic, coffee shops, and a library. Real close to Van Ness for grocery shopping and Politics & Prose, also easy access to downtown. Apartment itself has friendly staff and they are very accepting of emotional support animals (ESA). With an ESA letter you are not required to pay the pet deposit or monthly fees. Highly recommend!

Great place for the price

All utilities are included in the rent so the only additional bill is the wifi. Close to the metro and only two stops from campus. The building staff is quick to fix any maintenance or pest problems. The building also has a gym, rooftop, business center, and clubroom. The studio is a good size for the price.

Quebec House

Great area, safe neighborhood, close to Rock Creek Park (great for runners). The property is a bit older so there is not a huge luxury gym or concept, but its clean, street parking is easy, its close to the metro stop on the red line and the staff are friendly.

Cleveland Park Studio apt

An older building a bit further away from campus. Very close to metro station. Feels homey with trees, dog park, young families. Some great restaurants right down the hill on Connecticut. Target is within walking distance!

Quebec House apartment - highly recommend

I've lived at Quebec House for 2 years. I've been really impressed with it. The studios are spacious and include an enclosed kitchen and walk-in closet. My apartment overlooks Rock Creek Park, so it's so nice to see the trees and get a view of nature. There's a hiking trail that leads directly into the park. Management has always been responsive and fixed any issues within 24 hours. The gym includes a Peloton bike, which I really enjoy using. It's a 5 minute walk from Cleveland Park metro and Target. Highly recommend.

Very spacious, very friendly front desk and leasing staff

I enjoy living at Quebec house - it has pretty much everything I would want except in-unit W/D for many studios. There is a shared laundry room on the ground floor, pets are allowed, there is ample street parking, and most utilities are included. I find 500 sq ft for a studio to be quite spacious. The gym is quite tiny, but that is my only complaint. I have not had any other maintenance issues, and I fine the staff and other residents to be very friendly. The commute by metro to GW is about 30-35min.

Perfect for Student

Quebec House is the perfect apartment for student living. A quiet side street off of Connecticut Ave. I can walk less than 5 minutes to the metro, target, grocery stores, and a few quiet restaurants and bars. Access to Rock Creek Park and if you get off at the Farragut North metro and walk the commute to school is about 40 minutes. Driving is less than 20 minutes. Pet friendly (there is a dog park) this is the place for a student looking for a quiet retreat.

Ideal Student Housing in Cleveland Park

I absolutely love Quebec House. The buildings are very well maintained, the staff is attentive and professional, and the neighborhood has everything you could want - restaurants, bars, a movie theatre, even a new Target! It's a ten minute Metro ride to Farragut North, and Cleveland Park is a million times better than Foggy Bottom.

Cleveland Park Reviews

Safe neighborhood, lots of restaurants. Not super hip. More low key than other neighborhoods. Single family homes are prevalent. Great access to rock creek park.
Very close to the red line metro stop and I never feel unsafe in Cleveland park as a single woman. The crowd is a bit older over here, but there are some grad students because Howard Law is close by. There is a target, CVS, GW urgent care, library and streets market all in the same shopping center along with several restaurants. there are many trails to run/bike through rock creek park which is a favorite pass time of mine
Love living in Cleveland Park. Very cute "main street" on Connecticut Ave with lots of restaurants, shops, and a target. We're adjacent to Rock Creek Park for walking, and the bike trail that goes through the park and down to Georgetown.
Lovely spot! Right next to rock creek park. Dog park right down the street, lots of dogs and young families. It feels very safe.
Great neighborhood, very safe and residential. Compared to other places in NW or NE that are closer to the action I have heard it be referred to as 'DC light' or 'diet DC', but that suits me just fine.
This is a nice, quiet neighborhood. It is very pleasant but not close to the metro.
Cleveland Park is a great neighborhood for those looking for something that feels like home but has the amenities of a city location (metro, shopping).
For a while I didn't like living in Cleveland Park because it's not a new or up-in-coming area that a lot of millenials in D.C. are moving to, but it has it's own charm. There are great resaturants, and it's convienent enough to anything you could need. It's also super safe and friendly.
