Great value for the size
I live in a 900 sq ft one bedroom with a sunroom and pay $2400. Parking is an extra $125 a month which is a lot cheaper than other buildings in the area. For a total of 2525 per month I get access to a gym, beautiful clubroom, and roof top pool. Overall the building is clean, but doesn't have as many amenities as other buildings (ex. the concierge is only there from 9-5, not all day; the gym is fairly small). But for the price and proximity to DC I'm very happy with it. Management has been pretty responsive the time or two I've had to have something repaired. As for noise, I've been able to hear music if someone has people over while in the hallway, but once in my own apartment I can't hear anything. Overall it's a very quiet community.

Great Location & Amenities
Parc Rosslyn is in a great location for folks looking for a short commute to campus, proximity to metros, and biking/walking to DC. It's just down the hill from Safeway and Target (5 minutes up the road), making the move-in process pretty easy. The building has a secure package drop-off location, loading dock for furniture drop off, 9 am - 6 pm staffed desk, key fob entrance/elevators, onsite gym, underground parking garage (parking not included), pet-friendly, rooftop pool, and grilling/outdoor spaces. Management is responsive and takes care of maintenance issues promptly. COVID restrictions have removed the ability for residents to use all of the shared spaces (gym is available by appointment) but I appreciate other resident's compliance with wearing masks in and around the building. It is marketed as a luxury apartment, and while there are more luxurious apartments in the area, I think this is a much better deal for location, fixtures, amenities, and community.

Great View Amazing Service
Highly recommend this apartment. Prices are comparable to what ever other apartment in the area charges. The apartment is very big (over 800 sq. Ft.) and accommodates my large furniture. I have an amazing 9th floor view of the Washington monument. Commute wise, it’s about a 30 minute walk/train ride to the law school and a 5-10 minute drive (without traffic). Walls are thick and you can’t hear anything around you.

Great location but awkward floor plans
Really great new building near the Rosslyn metro. There's a little park right outside so it's convenient if you have pets. The carpet in every room, however, is not. There's a cute little rooftop pool but you have to sign-in and prove that you live there every time you go up - a bit annoying to say the least and even a deterrent. Parc Rosslyn is full of little contradictions like this. You can tell the building was constructed quickly for raking in profits without the best planning or contractors. The floor plan we had was awkward and there would be little details that'd be off, like all the electrical sockets being upside-down. Not a dealbreaker as the location and overall amenities are nice, but just not as well-thought out as you'd expect for what you're paying. Front desk and leasing office can be a toss-up as there's a lot of turnover.

High-rise living with rooftop pool
The Parc Rosslyn apartments is a great place to live. There are excellent amenities, the day-to-day staff are very friendly and helpful, and the apartment is pretty nice. It's a good value compared to most of the neighboring luxury places that are going up. As with most high rises, there isn't really a sense of community beyond getting to know a few other residents and the people who work the front desk (who are wonderful), but the building is very diverse and everyone is friendly. The gym is decent, the rooftop pool is great, there's a large club room available by reservation and an outside patio with grill. The building is fairly secure with key pad access. The biggest con is the continued construction across the street, which makes parking a challenge, as well as just entering and exiting the building (at times). The building is also under new management and they are still working through a few kinks (email system and rent payment system have been issues). Pets are welcome and their breed restriction list/rules are better than most. It's walkable to metro, Courthouse and Clarendon neighborhoods, as well as Georgetown on a nice day.

Nice place with decent location
The management company has given us no problems so far. The apartment is nice and spacious. The rent is not terrible considering where we are. I wish we were a little closer to the metro; it is about an 8 minute walk to the Rosslyn metro and 10 minutes to the Courthouse metro, but both walks involve serious hills. We are a relatively short walk from Georgetown, which is nice. If you don't want to live in the city (higher taxes, mroe expnsive, busier, etc.), then this is a nice compromise, as it is between work and the city. There isn't a whole lot going on in Rosslyn, though, since it is mostly commercial and not as residential as some of the other areas along the silver line. If you want to be near nightlife and restaurants, this isn't the best location, but if you want a quieter, less busy environment, then this would be a good location for you.

Rosslyn Reviews
However, this has been a business district for ages. There is very little going on around here and many of the restaurants don’t even open on the weekends. But, that’s changing. So stay tuned!
(Also, I like living in Virginia because my vote counts for more here!)
If you have long legs, renting a bike is an option. If you are like me and 5'1'', renting a bike is an option for downhill rides.
There is a lot within walking distance in Rosslyn (think 20 min average from my apt): Barnes and Noble, shopping, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's (also on the Arlington loop shuttle from GU), public libraries, CVS, Target, Safeway, lots of restaurants.
Also close to dense populations of immigrant communities if you like Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean food.
Cons: Neighborhood shuts down after 5pm. Few restaurants in the neighborhood itself (this is getting better though). Concrete canyon effect because of the skyscrapers. Closest grocery store is an expensive Safeway.
