Great but expensive.
Pros: amazing place to live, clean, people are friendly and helpful, gym, common area, spacious, maintenance is quick and accurate, very safe, amazing neighborhood
Cons: expensive & outdoor common area is on 2nd floor and in view of many apartments (there’s always someone listening). Indoor common area is by the reception and entrance, in view of all bypasers.

Loud
This is the loudest place I have ever lived in my life, and I lived in a college apartment at an SEC school. Management is amazing but the building is not.

Great place to be. New, modern and cosy.
good: perfect place to be, many benefits in living there, close to metro.
bad: bit on the expensive side. not walking distance from GW.

Satisfactory experience
The management is generally responsive and friendly. The building is aesthetically pleasing both inside and out. Friendly community, and quiet but central location.

Overall good experience
Have felt very safe in my building and neighborhood. I wish I was closer to DC, but this is the best option if I also want to have my car accessible. I love that we have gym accessibility included in our rent, and I think it's great that the neighborhood has so many bars.

Feels like home
I've really enjoyed living at 19Nineteen. The price is a bit steep, but the amenities are great and I enjoy the community and neighborhood. After a year and a half of living here, it's still nice to come back in the evening and think 'home'. Would highly recommend to others!

Rosslyn Reviews
However, this has been a business district for ages. There is very little going on around here and many of the restaurants don’t even open on the weekends. But, that’s changing. So stay tuned!
(Also, I like living in Virginia because my vote counts for more here!)
If you have long legs, renting a bike is an option. If you are like me and 5'1'', renting a bike is an option for downhill rides.
There is a lot within walking distance in Rosslyn (think 20 min average from my apt): Barnes and Noble, shopping, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's (also on the Arlington loop shuttle from GU), public libraries, CVS, Target, Safeway, lots of restaurants.
Also close to dense populations of immigrant communities if you like Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean food.
Cons: Neighborhood shuts down after 5pm. Few restaurants in the neighborhood itself (this is getting better though). Concrete canyon effect because of the skyscrapers. Closest grocery store is an expensive Safeway.
