I've lived here for many years, and it used to be a great place. However, over the past 1-2 years, this place has become a nightmare due to the change in management and maintenance crew. Since the new crew took over, the service has plummeted. Maintenance requests are ignored for months, if not years! A leak I've complained about for 4 years was only fixed after a neighbor complained. They came right away due to the legal proceedings we have going on.

The apartments are now in disrepair. Plumbing issues are constant, with frequent water shutoffs and low water pressure. Appliances are outdated and often break down. Security is a major concern with multiple break-ins and thefts, yet management does nothing. The complex is poorly lit, making residents feel unsafe. Common areas are filthy, with trash everywhere, and amenities like the gym and pool are always in disrepair. The gym equipment is outdated and broken, and the pool is frequently closed for maintenance that never gets done. Rent has continued to increase despite declining living conditions. It's insulting to pay more for such poor quality and service.

MOST DISTURBINGLY, my father and I were ASSAULTED inside our apartment by a maintenance employee, RESULTING IN INJURIES! This incident highlights the severe lack of security and care from management.

In summary, the new management and crew have turned this place into an unlivable disaster. If you're considering moving here, look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and find a BETTER PLACE TO LIVE! This place is an ABSOLUTE DISASTER!
