GREAT

I moved here with my family about two months ago and have been pleasantly surprised with the quality of space and courtesy of the people working and living here. My family feels safe, there are great restaurants, and its very walkable. I love our space because its well maintained

Quiet, cozy studio in a clean, developing urban area

This is the perfect little studio to transition to in your early working years. It's cozy, has all the amenities that you'd need (gym, modest rooftop deck, decently priced monthly parking, close to grocery store, downtown, highway). The building is about 2-3 years old and things are still very new. The downsides are the studios do not have much storage, which will force you to get creative with storage of or selective with your belongings (could be a plus). The only complaint would be the construction that began 3 months ago next door to build a new apartment building.

South Lake Union Reviews

The neighborhood has some grocery stores and food options, however it is more geared towards professionals as there are a few tech companies with large campuses nearby. Because of this, many food options close early and are not open on weekends. However, it is close enough to Capitol Hill that there are nightlife options if you're willing to walk a little ways.
I love this neighborhood. Cascade is right next to SLU and Downtown, so you have lots of restaurants and cafes and things nearby, but this area is pretty residential (and Amazon offices), so it's laid back and a bit quieter than in Downtown.
You Can take a quick uber ride anywhere in the city and you can walk to bars, restaurants and lake union! It's a up and coming location and there is lots to do!
I love the lake! Fun places to eat, a lot of parks, and overall just beautiful. Feels a little sketch to walk around alone at night, but I've only had one incident with an inappropriate drunk(?) guy, and nothing serious.
Very safe to walk around, close to the Lake Union park, 15 minute walk to downtown that crosses through the shopping areas. Brisk walk uphill to get to the trendier restaurants and bars.
Quiet in the evenings when all the tech employees leave and ongoing construction stops
Denny Triangle has many pros and cons. Pros - central to most Seattle neighborhoods, quick walk downtown, some good restaurants/bars. Cons - not the safest neighborhood, could have more going on.
Good walkability, good location, close to downtown
