Premier Place to Live

I've loved living at the Premier on Pine since I moved in 7 months ago. The neighbors and the staff are excellent. I don't have a dog, but if I did, I think I'd move into a house since I hear that being high up in the sky is scary for the younger puppies.

Home sweet home

Premier on Pine truly feels like home. It's clear that the developers really went the extra mile to make sure that they got all the details right with Premier on Pine. The finishes are well done and high quality. Unlike some of the other new construction buildings we toured, they didn't cut corners with cheaper materials.

What drew us to Premier on Pine was the beautiful interiors and the incredible location, but what really sets it apart is the service. The staff is full of some of the nicest and easiest people to work with. They made every part of the leasing and move-in process a breeze and have since been extremely responsive when handling any minor issues that come up.

We're thrilled to call Premier on Pine our home.

Great value and convenient bus access

Premiere on pine is centrally located between Belltown and Capitol Hill which allows you access to all the great bars and restaurants as well as pike market. The building is very pretty and constantly lit up. I like the apartment for its value and its easy walk to most bus lines.

Living at Premiere on Pine

The location is hard to beat, especially for someone who loves going to shows since it's right across the street from the Paramount Theater. There are a lot of shops nearby since it's right downtown, and a lot of eating options. One drawback would be that it can get very touristy, so if you don't like having a lot of tourists around pretty much all the time, this spot might not be ideal for you.

Upscale Seattle apartment

Love the space, very social and a great way to meet locals. Theatre and movie viewing room are great. Common space on the upper level has unparalleled views. Great management company and the spaces feel very safe. Interiors are clean, crisp, modern. Would recommend to any new Seattleites.

Premiere on Pine

Thanks to the Premier on Pine to being a great location for me to live with my husband and (part time) our two children. They are mostly in boarding school but they love to come back and look out the windows while the housekeeping takes care of them.

Premier Review

It is a good place to live. The amenities are nice and it is close to a lot of shops and restaurants. It's within walking distance of my work so it makes the commute easy. Overall, I would recommend this apartment building to others. There are quite a few homeless people around, which makes it feel less safe.

Brand New Modern Building

This is a fantastic new building right in the heart of downtown. It is walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and theaters. All finishes are new, modern, and in great taste. The rooftop is amazing as well with great views of the entire region.

General

I have been at this apartment for 2 weeks. I can say that the Staff is very responsive to my feedback. What sets this place apart is how well the Staff manages the day to day issues that always arise when people start living next to one another. The high quality Amenities are very well maintained.

Downtown Seattle Reviews

Next to Target, Pike Place Market, Belltown restaurants along 2nd Avenue, Benoroya Hall and other cultural venues. Very professional crowd during daytime. Can get quiet at night. Some tourists on weekends. Some homelessness.
Always somewhere great to eat or drink open, and tons of entertainment options. Not so great with a kid, but a wonderful place to live otherwise (or if you don't mind driving to expose your child/pet to greenery). Much better than living in core downtown, since there are so many more entertainment benefits.
In the center of all of the Amazon buildings, so bars/restaurants/Whole Foods are full practically 24/7, but easy walk to the market, the stadiums, and convenient delivery services. I wouldn't recommend living here without a car.
New restaurants are also popping up like Skillet, Marination, Potbelly. Again, close to my work and the bus lines. Very close to Whole Foods too so that's convenient.
Pros: super close to offices if you work downtown. There are a lot of great restaurants in downtown, Belltown within walking distance. Grocery shopping is surprisingly easy with city Target and Kress nearby.

Cons: Lots of homeless people around. While most of them are harmless, occasionally one or two may try to pester you. Stay away from 3rd ave. Also - you are pretty much guaranteed to smell people smoking pot on the street if you walk around here. Some people on 3rd even look like they can sell you some. Well - it's legal, but still, not something I want my baby to get accustomed to...
We live on the outskirt of Belltown so we're a few blocks away from the action. This is a positive for us since it is relatively quiet but we're just a short walk from nightlife. The area is generally safe but I would avoid walking alone at night near Third and Bell.
This building is close to shopping and restaurants/ very safe area / there used to be minimum noise, however, there is construction of a building across the street, which is very noisy at night.
Expensive, but lovely
