The Kensington

The Kensington is amazing. It is expensive, but you get what you pay for. New construction, amazing staff that truely enjoy their job and that will do anything to make your life easier. The location is very convenient to public transportation, grocery store, bars, and airport (5 min uber ride).

We love living at the Kensington! We both travel for work and it's a great location - close to the airport, but still in the city. Aside from the beautiful and convenient building amenities, we enjoy being steps away from the Boston Common and the T!

We've lived at the Kensington for almost a year now. The concierge staff and management staff are so friendly and helpful. We love the location (walking distance to grocery store/T stop/Boston Common etc) and the building amenities! Also, we enjoy the building's social events.

Love it! Great place to live. Couldnt be happier with the spot and the amenities especially. really supportive management. very responsive to any problems there are. wish there was a bit more light in the apartment but I add lamps and it is fine.

The Kensington was created just a few years ago so everything functions very well inside. The management group also responds relatively quickly. There's clubs, Boston common, downtown crossing, chinatown, and the AMC movie theater within a five minute walk and further areas like the financial district and north end are easily walk-able too!

The best part of this apartment is the location. It's walking distance to the financial district so if you work around there, this is a great spot. It's also close to Downtown Crossing and Park St. so traveling anywhere on the subway is easy as well. In terms of entertainment, there's a movie theater nearby, easy access to shopping, and Chinatown nearby allows quick access to cheap delicious food.
