Review of elements

This place is so accessible and convenient - free coffee, awesome gyms, and pool! Also the garage parking is truly wonderful, so safe and ample spaces available near elevators. Also, there are several grocery stores close by (QFC, safeway, and whole foods across the street).

Great Apartment but it's expensive

I have been here for almost three years now. What I like most about this building are the gym and the restaurants (especially French Bakery) inside the building.

The quality of management and concierge has gone up and down during the past three years. Recently, I can feel it's much better.

I love Element

A disclaimer, my parents support me with the rent, so my review is not based on how expensive the rent is, because yes it is expensive. Now, this apartment building is fabulous. It is clean, bright, well staffed, most residents are educated professionals.

Great location, hard to save

It is a great location. I work right down the road in downtown Bellevue, so I walk to work. Many other residents here work very close because here in downtown there are many many employers. It is great that there is this apartment near the workplace, but I would say this place is expensive so it is hard to save up for a house.

If your salary is high, why not

So I live with my aunt who is single and a computer systems engineer which is a high paying job. I go to school at UW. So we have 2BR-2BA apartment which costs 3000 per month. I get support from my parents back in China so that helps me pay for my share of the rent. This apartment is awesome. You would feel like a celebrity living on a high rise like this. I understand not a lot of people can afford this, but if you can, why not try this kind of lifestyle.

You get what you pay for

...although it is on the steeper side. Bellevue is a very nice, clean, safe city that living here would agreeably cost a lot. Once you are living here though, it's an awesome lifestyle. I love the fitness center and the pool inside the building so that I never have to leave the building to work out and go for dips.

The price tag is hefty

Yes, it is located in a fabulous downtown Bellevue, the streets are clean and feel relatively safe, the building is secured and has pools and fitness centers that are actually nice, but I mean this is just too expensive. I live here because I work very close to here but goodness gracious take it down a notch.

Expensive, but okay

The apartment is located in the heart of Bellevue downtown, so you have good restaurants and shopping malls very near you. I happen to work in downtown Bellevue so it only takes minutes to get to work. As long as you are okay with the steep rent, because it is steep, living here is nice.

Great apartments

I have lived here over a year and it has been great. This is a great place since you are in Bellevue Downtown and you have a lot of things close by. The only issue is that also many restaurants and stores are a little expensive. It has an indoor pool which is 24/7 which adds great value to the building.

The Cost to Value ratio is bad

It just costs too much for an apartment that really isn't that impressive. Just because it is located Downtown isn't a good reason to jack up the rent so high. $1500 for a studio?! I am new to Washington so I didn't really know what i was getting into, so i plan on finding another place.
