Perfect Fit

This is such a great living situation. I never expected my first apartment to be this nice, and I am so happy with the way things turned out. The management & maintenance team here is super quick at getting you a reply whenever you need anything. The views are amazing, we are close to so many things, and its generally quite. What more could you want?

Quiet spot

A bit pricey but the amount of space makes up for it, the closet takes up an entire wall and the balcony is spacious. Very safe area and neighborhood, management is very attentive and nice. Maintenance is quick to do the job.

Quite and easy drive to school

Excellent management, easy 8-10 minute drive to school, large balconies, very quiet. The local gym is very nice and walkable from the apartment but we have not been able to take advantage of it due to Covid.

The Bluffs at Mountain Park

I have loved living at the Bluffs. They collect packages, have a trash pickup service and it is affordable and very spacious. It has been great for what was essentially a blind move. You are extremely close to campus (the other day I forgot my laptop and was there and back within 20 minutes), which makes it so nice because I never have to feel like my study schedule is constrained by traffic. However, for the weekends, we are a bit further away from Portland attractions which is the only downside. However, I think it is a fair tradeoff for the weekdays!

Nice location and pet friendly

This property is pet friendly and provides a lot of space to walk your dog with a gorgeous view of the river. However, the apartment is not very noise proof and I can hear everything from my upstairs neighbors. Also, if you don't want to move your car every day or park on the street you have to pay an additional fee for a parking spot in the complex.

Positive Experience

Overall, I have positive things to say about The Bluffs. Management is responsive to requests. The location is convenient and close to campus and transit. The wall are very thin, though, and I live in a bottom unit and can hear my upstairs neighbors walking and talking.

My time at the Bluffs

I actually recently moved to Beaverton and the commute is hell so I do not recommend that (my situation is temporary). I liked living at the Bluffs. It was reasonably priced and very close to school. I loved the walking paths nearby. It was generally quiet. You got access to a nice rec center but it was not really in walking distance of much. The apartment was very spacious too (beware of heating and bills!). The downside is part of the reason I moved away, after our 9 month lease was up they were automatically raising the price $200, from $1650 to $1850.

Review of The Bluffs

My husband, cat and I have enjoyed living at The Bluffs. The Bluffs is affordable and about a ten minute drive to campus. One parking spot is included with rent and there is additional parking on a first come, first serve basis. The management is easy to work with and responsive to requests.

Pretty great!

My experience at the Bluffs has been pretty good. It's a good location close to the school but cheaper outside pdx. There are lovely trails if you find them. I know we got notice that rent is going up some, which sucks! Overall it's nice though! Spacious and quiet with trees out back.
