Great, but expensive

The apartment complex is great, but it's too expensive--however, everything in Boulder is expensive. There are a lot of amenities, like pool, gym, and parking (and a garage if you want to pay extra per month). The apartment complex is close to some bus stops and grocery shopping is within walking distance. Biking/walking trails are nearby. Whenever there was a repair issue it was quickly fixed. I always felt safe living at Boulders. Although there was parking, I did sometimes have an issue finding a spot because they don't regulate it too well.

Glenwood Grove - North Iris Reviews

I love north Boulder. Close to the climbing gym and several grocery stores. Close to good areas for running. Quieter part of the city as compared to the hill or south Boulder
There are a lot of couples and families in our neighborhood, and there are great places to eat. It is quiet and low-key, so not great if you're looking to go out every weekend. Awesome if you like to be a bit away from campus but still in Boulder, near parks and hikes, and near cool places to eat!
Great neighborhood. Conveniently close to everything but far enough from the Hill and Pearl Street that its quiet. Neighborhood is perfect for grad students and people looking for less chaos.
Friendly, quiet, pretty, etc
No real experience with it, but there are restaurants, gyms, and stores nearby. I wouldn't characterize it as a neighborhood-y neighborhood.
Shady Hollow is a small condo development that contains a mix of student rentals, young families, and older Boulder residents. The development offers a good amount of green space, and is located close to both a park and the Goose Creek trail. Additionally, it is far enough away from campus to escape most of the undergraduate campus, but still only a short commute by car, bus, or bike.
There's a train about 200 feet away. That's our only issue with the place.
Quaint space far enough away from campus
