Good, but you get what you pay for
I really love the location and the apartment itself. I live in a one bedroom with my partner, so the 600 square feet feels cramped at times, but I think if someone was living alone there would be plenty of space. The maintenance at the apartment is AWESOME. If you submit a service request, they will be there and will be determined to take care of it.

Recently Updated, Nice Location
The property is nice. The units have new carpet and updated features. I signed the lease over the phone and I was told the unit would have a balcony, but it does not, so look at the unit in person before renting. There is a laundry room and a swimming pool in the complex. They allow cats under 25 lbs, but no dogs.

I love my apartment
These guys are incredible. I've been there for almost three years and they always take great care of their tenants. Community pools, grills, sauna, and they allow cats! Plus the complex is right next to the Table Mesa PnR which is an 8 minute bus ride from the law school. The PnR also goes straight to Denver so summer commutes are awesome.
