Excellent Starter Apartment

Allows for a peaceful place to study and live with my girlfriend and two cats. Tons of amenities are included with living here

Quiet alternative to Boulder proper

We have been here for 1.5 years. Quiet complex with families and older tenants, very dog friendly. Newer apartment (~5years old) with nice amenities (lounge, pool and hot tub, valet trash). Neighborhood is 15 min drive from downtown Boulder with good food and King Soopers a block away. We much prefer being here where it is quiet and twice the square footage for the same price we used to pay living a block away from the school.
