Rosslyn Vue
Apartment is about a 10 minute walk from both Rosslyn and Courthouse metro stops. The apartment and appliances are nice and in very good shape. Elevator is a little slow and not very big, so if you need to move a large piece of furniture up a few flight of stairs you might have some difficulties. Walking distance to safeway and target for groceries. It's also walking distance to quite a few places to eat. The gym in the building is a little small, but management also owns the apartment(Rosslyn Heights) across the street and you are able to use their gym and pool.

Rosslyn Reviews
However, this has been a business district for ages. There is very little going on around here and many of the restaurants don’t even open on the weekends. But, that’s changing. So stay tuned!
(Also, I like living in Virginia because my vote counts for more here!)
If you have long legs, renting a bike is an option. If you are like me and 5'1'', renting a bike is an option for downhill rides.
There is a lot within walking distance in Rosslyn (think 20 min average from my apt): Barnes and Noble, shopping, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's (also on the Arlington loop shuttle from GU), public libraries, CVS, Target, Safeway, lots of restaurants.
Also close to dense populations of immigrant communities if you like Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean food.
Cons: Neighborhood shuts down after 5pm. Few restaurants in the neighborhood itself (this is getting better though). Concrete canyon effect because of the skyscrapers. Closest grocery store is an expensive Safeway.
