The park

Pretty good overall, complex has renovated and non-renovated apartments. Non renovated apartments are decent, good response from management company if you need assistance. With utilities, pay about 2050 (including garage parking, non-garage parking is free for one car).

Great value

It is a good value for a one-bedroom apartment. However, the public transit system can take a while to get to campus, and the ART bus system is not always the most reliable.
Green spaces around and close to groceries, gym, coffee...etc. Would recommend having a car.

Love it here

Love everything except parking. We share one spot and it can be hard to find the other spot.

Best Bang for your Buck in Arlington

I have been at this apartment complex for over a year and plan to stay for another two. It's the best bargain in South Arlington but you certainly have to own a car to be in the area. Commuting is easy, as they run a shuttle bus M-F from the apartment complex straight to Pentagon City Metro. The walls are paper thin though, so we are very used to knowing our neighbors well!

Great Apartment!

Love this apartment! Staff is very nice. Apartments are clean and new. Not close to bars or social area, but a short drive anywhere. Great for families. The front desk is always available and they fix anything broken within one day of the complaint. The reception is beautiful, convenient gym, and very nice pool.

Affordable and New

The Park is a great place to live. The amenities are a great. They have a pool, gym, 24/7 concierge, on site maintenance. They are pet friendly and great for young folks. The only downfall is the distance from the metro but they do provide shuttle buses.

Great place to live

I love our apartment, it's very modern and even though the square footage is not as much as others it feels very roomy. All the amenities included are great, staff are friendly, and it has a nice neighborhood feel. The only complaint is that it is not as convenient of a location due to it being a little far to walk to a metro. There is a shuttle that is offered though which is convenient. Overall I love living here.

Great complex

Huge complex with well-kept apartments. Buildings are pretty new so the kitchen is great. Washer /dryer in unit. Plenty of space and very close to Pentagon City. The free shuttle to/from Pentagon City metro is a huge plus. Walls are pretty sound-proof, so no worries of loud neighbors disrupting your time at home.

Living in Rosslyn is very convenient. It’s very close to the metro and it’s only one stop away from Foggy Bottom. I can also easily walk into Georgetown DC by simply crossing the bridge. I feel very safe here too and it’s close to grocery stores.

I love living in Rosslyn. I've always felt safe here and there are a ton of areas to walk my dog. It is a bit farther away from where people typically go out (mainly DuPont) but it's very convenient to get to and from school.

While there's not as much to do in Rosslyn as there is in DC, it's quiet, safe, and super convenient. We have tons of transportation options (we don't own a car) and can walk to Georgetown easily.

This apartment complex is very safe! Virginia Square Towers is located in the Virginia Square neighborhood, which is right in between Ballston and Clarendon. Typically more social events happen in Clarendon, and Ballston has more chain restaurants and the mall. Being in the middle of these two towns is amazing because they're both within walking distance, and it allows me to have a quiet neighborhood to go to that is away from the chaos of both of those towns.

I enjoy my neighbors and the common crowd around this area is young professionals it seems. We are close to george mason university and marymount college, so there is sometimes a younger crowd in the area as well. We do have some houses around the area that I have seen mainly have newly established families (i.e. little kids or new to the area) and I feel safe walking around my area at night.

Safe and friendly neighborhood. On a busy street, so the neighborhood is mostly behind the complex. Even then, the suburb behind the complex is small before you hit another highway. Very easily accessible by car, not very much by metro. Also, that accessibility comes with the cost that things do not feel very walkable in most directions. Living here almost necessitates having a car.

Pentagon City is a great experience that is only about to get better with the new Amazon building and the influx of youth it will bring. It is a ways from DC which makes getting with friends difficult because they don't want to come to Arlington, and getting to DC requires 30 minute notice and planning.

The neighborhood is very walkable and has very accessible public transportation. It's not somewhere you typically would go out at night since nightlife is nonexistent, but Amazon just moved in and there is semblance of that changing. It's great if you are active (many gyms, parks, and Mt. Vernon Trail Access), enjoy restaurants like Chick Fil A (one right outside my building), and want to be close to everything.
