A good option

The apartment itself is good, is quiet, and there are no big issues with the apartment. However, there are dirty roads to arrive at the apartment with too much dust. There are too many kinds of bugs, insects, and animals in general with a lack of control by the maintenance. The laundry rooms need attention and maintenance and the management is not pending that.
