Great Community
It’s a new build and with adults mostly. Haven’t had any troubles and the one I had was addressed immediately. It’s about 23 minutes from campus but can be an hour with rush hour traffic. Rent has increased about $150 since I moved in so consider that. There is pet rent and a $25 monthly fee for trash valet.
