Cheap & the bare necessities

Our apartment is clean, no pests, good natural light. It is definitely an old apartment that has quirks, but it is cheap when the one bedroom is split in 2. great for a couple with a small pet. our apartment is incredibly small, with no dishwasher or AC. the laundry facilities in the building are not great as there are 2 washers that do not work reliably and one dryer. Allston is definitely a place where young people live, so if you are wanting something quiet I wouldn't necessarily recommend Allston. Samia is a good rental company, though!
