70 W 8th Ave

My apartment is very close to campus and High St, making it walkable. It's small, but recently renovated. There isn't much else in this area at this price at this level of quality. No utilities are included, but parking and pet rent are relatively cheap compared to other nearby apartments. Maintenance is fast and friendly. However, the apartment is poorly circulated, and it gets very cold in the winter and hot in the summer.
