Overall good
Property management company is good and on top of maintenance requests. Con is that you can't control your own heat (radiators managed by company). Good location (10 min walk from BU gym and 20 min walk from the law tower) and right in front of a T stop. Laundry is in buildings that are right beside the unit. Close to downtown Allston and a bunch of restaurants.
Unit was not clean when I moved in, so prepare to clean it yourself or file maintenance requests. No mice issues but have had some roaches (although the property management was quick about sending an exterminator).
The unit isn't huge, but it is a good size for no roommates. Parking is not included.
