Great building

Great apartments with excellent staff. Beautiful terrace in the summer months, and a decent gym for a rainy day. Not a quiet area during the day due to construction nearby, but it's gotten better. If you like FiDi, this building is great.

Love this apartment!

I love this apartment so much. I have been living here for over 3 years now, and it has been a great experience. I love living in the Financial District, and this particular building is in a great location for multiple subways (1/R/W/4/5/E and Path trains all within 5 minutes). The area also feels very safe (we are right by ground zero, so there is a lot of security) and the building also has fantastic doormen. In terms of amenities we also have a rooftop outdoor space, a gym, laundry in the basement, and an elevator. There is also extra storage in the basement for an extra monthly fee.
