Not the best, so expensive, but best I could do

The management company seems to frequently change hands. The maintenance man is a bit creepy and they enter the apartments without properly informing the tenants, which has led to several mishaps. The rent increased without proper notice either. When I rented the place online, I was shown a very different apartment and then when I came here to move in, the apartment was not what I was shown, but I had no other choice.
