beautiful location
Flawless location, the place is just a little dilapidated. The floor is peeling a bit and my move-in was mostly moving the last tenant's things out. It was fully furnished but all very old and grubby. There was still trash in the trash cans and the washer flooded the apartment as well. The paint is all original from the 60s and there is just no real upkeep unless requested.

Cute but odd
Very modest and beautiful property, just was not maintained very vigilantly. Had issues with laundry in unit flooding my apartment, rusted light fixtures, old decor which I did not want (I had to move all of this out before I could move in), and I have had free maintenance fix these issues but it did take time.
