Good overall!

The apartment building is brand new, so most units haven’t been lived in before. It’s a small building, and is very quiet. It’s in a great spot in Manchester. Negative is that you need a city parking pass to park in the lot ($60 a month), and you need to play for electric (it is electric water heater, electric stove, and electric heat). The realtor is VERY kind but a bit scatterbrained.
