Livano Trinity
At first glance, you might think the rent is outrageous. However, they offered us 2.5 months for free at move-in! This is an on-going deal with the complex and your actually only paying from 9.5 months rather than 12 months out of the year meaning for a 2 bed, 2 bath your only paying about $1800/month for 12 month.
About the community: Quite, mostly younger population (20-40's), incredible amenities, HUGE perks (coffee shop on site included FREE for residents, Pet center that includes doggy day care, grooming, vet, boarding, dog park, daily walks, and more, there are always free events (free food!) almost weekly including free workout classes throughout the week, on-site small shop to get common grocery items, gated community.
I love living here, I picked it after looking at 8 other apartment complexes that were commonly known. It is 4.4 miles away from VUSN and even on the busiest days it takes me 10-20 mins to get to school.
