Lake Walk

Lake Walk at Traditions is an absolutely great place to stay if you want a place that is close to campus, next to a golf course, and still manages to be quiet and off course of daily CSTAT traffic.

Good, but not great.

The best part about lakewalk is the location. It is a bit more of a quiet and less populated area, it is a lot calmer here than other places. As well if you love to go for runs or walks there are some really nice trails in the neighborhood across the street. You are about a 5 minute drive from the Wehner building. The apartments are pretty clean, and decently well maintained. If I have had any issues maintenance has fixed them with the same day or next day. The amenities are pretty nice, 4 pools to choose from, and they have a nice study lounge, and a big nice gym. The only thing I don't like is that they won't let you end a lease in December. Now the program is going to be 2 years so that shouldn't be an issue moving forward. I also haven't loved the communication with management, just not that great overall.

Close to Mays!

Lake Walk at Traditions is close to Mays Business School (Wehner Building) - it typically only takes me 7-10 minutes to get to and from classes.
