Townhouse
I live at a townhouse and the location is great because it is right across the street from the medical school. I originally signed with a landlord who was great but now it is managed by a property management company who isn't the best at responding to maintenance requests. There are a lot of homeless people that live across the street in the woods but besides that I have never felt unsafe. There is very very limited storage and it is tiny.
