Good apartment for the value

The complex on n Austin is close to the green line for going to downtown oak park and the loop. Rent is pretty fair given that the parent itself is around 900 sq feet and has an enclosed patio area with updated appliances. The most important quality of the apartment is the managing company is responsive to problems, like if you have an issue with paint, and will be there in the next day or two to fix it for you with no hassle.
