It's not great, it's not terrible. Very average experience for an expensive price.

The amenities close at 10pm, trash is broken often. Property has promised to install Butterfly system for over a year and it still is not installed. Maintenance is great. Super fast and nice folx. Parking is an extra $175/month which is steep. It is covered and gated parking. Its a decent place to live, but for being so expensive the amenities should really be open later and the Butterfly system needs to be installed since people are often not at the desk and guests cannot get in the building without someone letting them in until Butterfly is installed.
