Works for what it is
The apartment/property is certainly not fancy, but it gets the job done. The residents are fairly quiet, two secure entrances so there is not outdoor access to apartments. The walkability is hugely helpful, and if you're lucky enough to get parking, then its no issue at all since your spot is for you only.
