Rental House close to Campus
I really like this house. It's shockingly affordable compared to a lot of other options this close to campus. It's one block south of the Life Sciences Building, which means it's a quick walk to the law school and fairly close to the gym. The south campus atmosphere is more lively than anywhere else, but it can be a younger crowd at times. The house itself was recently renovated with new cabinets and flooring. My primary complaints are (1) the management company still does monthly cleaning checks, (2) the insulation isn't great in the winter, and (3) the bathroom is shared by 4 people which can get busy. Otherwise, the management company is very prompt and reasonable for Provo.
