This property is ideal for students who want affordable housing with roommates near the University of Arizona campus. The amenities are fine and we have access to a pool and small gym.

Review of My UofA Rental Property
Generally, this is a good place to live. It is located conveniently close to campus (relatively walkable), the property is large, and the rent is reasonable. There have been some issues with maintenance response times, although they have ultimately fixed everything requested. Other problems have included a minor cricket infestation, A/C leakage, a car break-in, and sparse parking availability issues.
