Bargain for Decent Exchange

Community has gates, buildings look decent, apartment itself is pretty and functional with some fairly hidden wear and tear (old building), and the maintenance crew is responsive. (Job usually gets done within two days)

Most importantly, only 15 minutes away from school during rush hour :)
