Great Location
The location is really convenient, since it's generally around 20 minutes to campus, but also close to West Knoxville and Maryville/Alcoa.
The apartment complex is brand-new, which has benefits and downsides, such as getting things shipped or delivered can be difficult, as the address doesn't exist on Google maps, and there was a wiring issue with my unit, but maintenance was very responsive about that and any other issue that has come up.
There is also a nice pool, printer access, gym, and secure mail.
On the negatives, the walls seem to be pretty thin, which causes me to hear a ton of noise. There are a lot of families with young children and pets there, so it feels like I'm surrounded by noise at all times, sometimes, which is not great if you're trying to study. There is also not a stoplight onto the main road from the side street the complex is on, so it can take a long time to be able to get out if you wait or you have to take a backroad, which is really inconvenient given how busy the street is.

Incredible
I would say this is a good place for graduate students to live. It’s about 15 minutes away off of Alcoa highway. It’s brand new and super nice with fantastic amenities and much cheaper than anywhere on the strip or near campus
