This complex has lots of amenities including
- Pool during the summer
- 24 hr gym
- dog parks
- restaurant within walking distance (its kind of mid but easy)
- VERY dog friendly
- most of the units are new
- tons of parking
- hiking trails
- located on a hill separated by most of charleston so its very safe
- depending on the unit you get there are amazing views
- public first-come-first serve grills and gazebos for social events
Cons: its inconveniently placed from downtown
- ~10 minute drive from hospital
- more of a young family population so there are quiet hours after 11
- thin walls
- maintenance requests can be expensive if there are requests that are not related to usual services/repairs
