It's conveniently close to school. My room is on the street side and there is a lot of road noise. The walk to the law school is less than 10 minutes and surrounded by trees. I've met a couple other law students on the walk. There aren't too many bus connections, but it's not too hard to get to a main transit hub and to a grocery store by public transit.
